Joseph is a Los Angeles-based actor, writer, and educator. As a playwright, his work has been produced and/or developed at Native Voices at the Autry, The Vagrancy, La Jolla Playhouse, the Ebell of Los Angeles, the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and others. He has been selected as a finalist and semi-finalist for the Eugene O’Neill Playwrights Conference and as a semi-finalist for the Bay Area Playwrights Festival. As an actor, Joseph has worked professionally in new works, classical works, film, audio, commercial, and multimedia productions. He was featured in American Theatre magazine’s inaugural Role Call: People to Watch, was a recipient of the Joan Beber Playwriting Award, and was a member of the Indigenous Writers Collaborative at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. He holds an MFA in Dramatic Writing from the University of Southern California.
