Olivia Woodward is a citizen of the Caddo Nation and descendant of the Yuchi Nation. Born and raised in DFW, Olivia has been involved in the Native community and her tribe all her life, serving as Princess of the Hasinai Society of the Caddo Nation 2006-2008. She currently works for Texas Native Health as the Cultural Education Coordinator, following her mother's footsteps by creating Native cultural programming for the community and the Native Pathways Program. She graduated from Southwestern University with a BA in Theatre with a focus in Stage/Production Management. Since then she's worked in theatre, entertainment, hospitality, and now for the only IHS clinic in Texas. Outside of work she maintains a passion for film/tv/theatre. She's been a guest on the podcast The Bechdel Cast, a feminist film podcast, where she spoke about Native representation in movies. She was even an extra in the Marvel TV show, Echo! She would like to thank her family and friends for all the encouragement and love they've given her. And an extra thank you to her partner Mitchell, who's provided unwavering support all these years.
